We are proud to offer Duplex Home buyers a zero down FHA loan option.  This helps reduce the amount of cash needed to purchase a Duplex home.  Duplexes are sometimes called 2 units. 

A typical Duplex home purchase will require monies for Down Payment, Closing Costs, and Prepaid items such as Property Taxes, Homeowners insurance, and per diem interest.  By pairing your new FHA Duplex Loan with our special FHA second mortgage, you can reduce the amount of cash you will need for your Duplex home purchase.  

You must occupy one of the 2 units.  However, you can use the rent of the other unit to help you qualify for the house payment and the loan.  Our FHA Duplex loan does not have to pass the FHA Self Sufficiency rule like FHA 3 and 4 unit properties do. 

A few features of this exciting loan include:

  1. Seller credits allowed up to 6 percent to help cover closing costs

  3. Loan Amounts up to $766,500 (or your FHA county loan limit if lower)
