For 2024, Qualified Veterans and Active Duty Military Personnel with full entitlement available are able to purchase homes in Colorado with zero money down up to $2m in any part of the State.  Yes, qualified Veterans throughout Colorado can borrow up to $2m with no money down when buying a house if you have full VA Entitlement available

Veterans with partial VA Entitlement available (aka a charge against VA Entitlement such as a current VA Loan, or a foreclosure or short sale) may qualify up to $2m with an appropriate down payment as well. The VA (Veterans Administration) has announced the 2024 VA Loan Limits for Colorado.  As of January 1, 2020, there is no longer a VA Loan Limit for Colorado Veterans with full VA Entitlement available.  However, Colorado Veterans with a charge against VA Entitlement, aka partial VA Entitlement available are subject to a formula based on the VA Loan Limits and their personal available VA Entitlement. 

VA Loans with zero money down are available throughout the USA to qualified Veterans with full VA entitlement available up to $2m.  For Veterans without full entitlement available, your maximum zero down VA loan is the VA County Loan Limit minus your prior VA loan entitlement charged.
